The incident occurred Wednesday and claimed the life of 22-year-old Jessica Villanueva, affectionately known by her family as “Jessiquita.” According to her family, Ian was a close friend of Jessica, and they were not in a romantic relationship. Her mother shared that Jessica had traveled to San Antonio to visit him because he was struggling with depression.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Ian’s death following his critical condition after the incident. His death came a day after Jessica was killed, leaving two families facing an unimaginable loss.
