Zander Johnson Car Accident – Obituary Wentzville, Missouri: In Loving Memory Of 18-Year-Old Zander Adam Johnson

Zander Adam Johnson, 18, of Wentzville, Missouri, left our world on Sunday, October 18, 2026. Born January 10, 2008, to parents Blain and Spring Johnson, Zander is loved endlessly — and our hearts are broken.

Zander was an exceptionally intelligent, talented, and thoughtful young man. Quiet by nature, those fortunate enough to know him well experienced his infectious laughter, wonderfully witty sense of humor, and an unforgettable smile that could brighten any room. He had an old soul — a natural magnet to little kids and animals — and was a friend to everyone.

A May 2026 graduate of Holt High School in Wentzville, Zander possessed a remarkable ability to excel at nearly everything he pursued. Creative and artistic, he had an extraordinary eye for detail and took pride in doing things well — demonstrating patience, precision, and natural talent far beyond his years. Brave, fearless, hardworking, and kind, he carried himself with a quiet confidence and a genuinely bougie sense of style.

From an early age, Zander embraced adventure and the outdoors. Some of his family’s fondest memories were made at Goose Creek, where he fearlessly rode motorcycles and four-wheelers with the freedom and joy only childhood can hold. As he grew, his passions expanded — snowboarding, fishing, dirt biking, boating, bonfires, back flipping, and traveling like he was already retired. He loved cooking, chilling with family and “The Fellas,” and could be found doing pretend golf swings 80% of the time — real golfing the other 20%.

Zander’s love of cars began almost as soon as he could hold a Matchbox car in his little hands. What started as a childhood love grew into a genuine passion and remarkable mechanical ability, eventually leading him to become an ASE Certified Technician. He loved the camaraderie of the automotive community — spending countless hours with friends at car meets and shows, admiring one another’s rides, and sharing a passion for cars that, for Zander, cars were more than a hobby; they were another way to express his talents, enjoy life, and connect with the people he loved.

Zander shared a special bond with his brother, Noah. Growing up, side by side, they shared neighborhood friendships, countless adventures, and a lifetime of family memories — and as young adults, continued making memories together through trips, rounds of golf, and everything in between. Their sister, Kacey, was a loving and supportive voice of reason, and an important part of our close, cherished family.
